BPEL: 6.75”
NBPEL: 6.2”
MSEG: 6.5”
I would really like to gain an inch of length. I’m more than happy with my girth. I’d also like to increase the size of my glans if possible.

Size of your glans? I don’t know if that’s possible without giving yourself more girth than you already have. To do that, you need to force blood into your glans but you’re also forcing it into your shaft which will increase the size of it to. :-k

I think you should check the “choosing your cylinder size” thread in the Pumper’s Forum. Basically, if you decide to pump you’ll want to get a tube that doesn’t have any room around for girth expansion but does have room length-wise for length expansion. Something like 2.25x9 would be my guess.
