New to this - anyone had impressive flaccid gains

Hi everyone,

I’m 22 and new to this, I just started the newbie routine 2 days ago.

My erect size is 6.5 (bp) x 4.9., I hope to gain 1-2 inches.

But I really want to increase flaccid size (I like to show off haha). My flaccid size is usually between 3-3.5 inches (doesnt go below 3). Is it possible to get it to 5-6 inches soft?

Have you had good flaccid gains? If so how much?

Newbie routine. GO!

Being honest, I’ve found the best thing for a meaty, swinging flaccid is to simply drink lots of water throughout the day. Very little tea, coffee, alchohol, juice or fizzy drinks. Just plenty of water, works a treat.

It is definitely possible as long as you are willing to put in the work to make it happen.

I say use an ADS if you really want to see your flaccid hang.

Many say you need to do the newbie workout for a few months before an ADS. I don’t think that. I think anyone can start with an ADS from day one as long as they start slow and get used to it before trying to actually wear it all day. That takes 2 to 4 weeks to do.

I noticed an increase in flacid soon after adding clamping to my routine. It’s like I walk around with a small chub all day. Haha.

Mine’s increased between 3/4” and 1”.

Hey. We have similar measurements… i think my BPEL is 7” now. My flaccid is totally lame… it turtles up into 1”… it’s pretty cool that your unit doesn’t go below 3 man…

Anyway, I restarted my PE recently and for the past few days, I got a nice flaccid. I also want a big flaccid so I can show off. Good luck

DOn’t clamp or do any other extreme exercises. Most people report flaccid gains that match and often exceed erect gains. An erect gain in length of 1”-2” is very doable with intelligent PE routines and thus it’s reasonable to assume that those gains, at least, are very achievable for flaccid size too.

Everyone is different however. Some gain easily, some don’t. Only one way to find out- Newbie Routine;) .

After a a few months, you will be able to add in exercises that are geared more strongly towards flaccid gains (maybe BTC stretching… for example?).

what did you gain your girth with?

Lots of different things. Dry jelqing, erect squeezes, orange bends(big one),high erection level dry jelqing, manual clamping… etc..

Always best to start with low intensity and go from there. Throw in high intensity exercises too early and you may lose gain potential.

ADS or hanging, both work great.


2009: 5.8 BPEL 5.0 EG Before hanging.

2011: 7.7 BPEL 5.4 EG Hanging 1 to 2 hours a day with Bib starter (padded).

Goal : Length goal hit, cementing now. working on 6.0 EG now.

I hope that my flaccid inch i wanna gain will come from just manual stretching, jelqing and some fowfers.
