Hi all I’m totally new to this , I found this site over a year a go but never did anything but recently the last few times I’ve had sex I’ve not emasculated much probably my fault too much alcohol not enough water and a terrible diet . So I’ve started doing part of the holy grail 2x 1200mg lecithin and 25mg of zinc and see how I go not going to take the other products in suffer with cold sores .

I’ve thought about jelqing and had a read on here over the last 5 to 6 days and my god there’s a lot of info . I’m going with the c grip tried the v last night couldn’t get on with it so did the ok sign one but I prefer not to put pressure top and bottom for safety . I’ve read a bit about stretching I.e the Mandingo one also squeezing I would really like experts opinions as too which to do I know everyone is different so not all will work for the same but to get a little of a result quickies keeps me interested

So any pointers help and information would be fantastic . I will do it in the shower to aid the warm up and warm done

Welcome to the forum.

Linear Newbie Routine without stretches is a good place to start, since you don’t know your penis capabilities. Start stretching on the third week.

PE is all about feeling. We can’t tell you how much is ideal for you, you will have to find it.

Thanks for the warm welcome Lenny . I’m hoping it’s gonna be a good journey ,with you saying don’t do any stretching till 3 weeks I’ll have to stop trying the blaster stretching then . Must admit it takes some doing anyway

Save the advanced stuff for later. Not common, but some seens to gain with the lightest routine (like the Linear one). Of course our main concern now is to get conditioned, but gaining while conditioning is something sweet.

If Linear did not bring any gains, it is not the end of the world, it is a good thing because you will know what is not working, then move on.

I’ve been reading through the linear newbie routine and I like the sound of it so I’m going to give it a go

This may be beating the dead horse (however the saying goes), but patience is truly a virtue. Do not allow yourself to succumb to the thought process of “more is better”. Do what you are comfortable with,though push farther when necessary. Do not jump the gun and try to overcompensate for easy, relaxed workouts with an extremely advanced, intense workout when you are anything but experienced. I proceeded to use advanced exercises shortly after I started, consequently my EQ plummeted. Just take it easy and follow the safe road for the first month to two months.

Thanks for the advice it’s tempting to go for it and try to get quick gains but it seems going steady is the best way

LiquidHeroine’s advice is solid. I started 3 weeks ago, and I slightly overdid it (got carried away) and EQ was horrible. Had a dull pain in the head, and the head didn’t appear to be able to get hard. Naturally, I googled it (terrible idea always) and thought I had venous leakage and that my head would be a sponge forever.

3 days later back to normal. Warm up is essential ( 5 mins at least hot rag), stretching is beneficial, and take it easy when jelqing. Hardest part is keeping that sucker flaccid.

I’m interested on PI monitoring what did you notice about your EQ quality ?? I’ve only been at it a couple of days but have not notice a full flaccid that last. I do feel a soreness after but just like the chubbiness it doesn’t last more than 1-2hrs.
