Gday , I have a starting measurement of 7 inch by exactly 5 inch fully erect . Looking to make girth gains mainly/ any length would be a bonus . What is realistic expectation and what time for frame . Eg , 3 months . What is best exercises for girth . Any suggestions thanks.
Be patient. Take whatever gains you get and have fun with them. Don’t know about the other guys but my crystal ball doesn’t work for predictions.

Since I’m new in the game I’m probably not much help but from what I’ve read, 1” el is realistic anywhere from 6-12months while girth tends to come slower at like maybe .5” in a year
Maybe half than that is even more realistic.
