Hi all,

I’m an 18 year old guy from the UK and just starting this as I don’t have a lot of confidence in my penis size. I’m about 3.5” length and 4” girth (flaccid) and then 5.5” length and 4.25” girth (erect). I’m also not circumcised. This lack of confidence has really put me off having sex and why I only lost my virginity a few months ago when I was drunk and have had sex only this once, it wasn’t the greatest experience..

My goal is to be happy and confident with my penis size all the time whether flaccid or erect. My main issue is my girth and would really like to see some improvements on this. I’ve currently been doing a newbie routine on and off for a couple of weeks now which consists of a 5 min hot wrap followed by basic stretches then wet jelqs then kegels. I’m not sure if this is helping towards my cause or if I haven’t been on at it long enough, but I find it hard to make time for PE living with parents as it is hard to get time away from them. Just simply posting this to see if anyone has any tips for me, and specific safe techniques for newbies for increasing girth while flaccid and erect.

Hi Egassiwel and welcome to the forum.

One thing you should be aware of is that you are still growing and your body is still in a massive development / growth phase. A lot of people (from the reading I’ve done over the years) hit big growth spurts in their late teens to early twenties. Don’t be disheartened by where you currently are and make use of the massive amount of knowledge available to you through Thunders.

The key is consistency - if you want to gain then you have to commit to it. Stick with the newbie routine for a few more weeks and take the requisite rest days. There are some great exercises that you can do while idle, like Fowfers.

You may find that creating a progress report could yield good value for yourself as it offers you the opportunity to document your progress and at the same time keeps you motivated to update it.

It’s hard if you don’t have the time and space to PE, because consistency is your friend with gains, as flashypants mentions. A lot of people have to do PE hidden from others though and so you aren’t the first person to have the issue.

Find a place and a time that can be consistent and doesn’t look too suspect. Whether that’s integrating your PE into your bath/shower routine or getting up ahead of everyone else in the house, there must be some kind of space you can make.

On the plus side, you’ve lost your virginity and it tends to be something that people feel they’ve really screwed up the first time. Sex takes experience to do well, so consider getting some experience rather than hiding away until you build the perfect penis. There are many ways to have good sex with a partner and if you can have some good sex without having gained, you’ll feel better about yourself already. If you are straight, be sure that girls your age will have had equally crappy sexual experiences. You’ll only have to learn a little to be head and shoulders above your competition.

Continue with the manual beginner routine and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ojnes.j

Don’t forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to.

I am married and my wife isn’t aware of my PE activity. I do a lot in the bathroom in the am and again in the pm. I also do a lot in bed at night next to my sleeping wife.

First off, don’t let the size you are at bother you during sex. I’m not much bigger and I used to think the same thing. Porn screws with our minds. Haha but I have had sex with probably about 40 women in the 6 years that I have been sexually active. Many of them came back for more, which means they liked it. It’s not always about size, it’s about experience too. But we are all on this page with one common goal. That is to gain. I started the newbie routine a week ago and already have gains. It’s probably not gains as much as it is better EQ (erection quality). I have a way harder erection now. Women love a rock hard penis. So stick with the plan and keep going. As far as time away from parents. Close your door and let the exercises begin. Or do them in the shower. There is always a way to do exercises, just find the right time and place. So from one newbie to another. Keep at it and see the gains. Good luck man.
