New to thunders

Ok I have been into PE for about 4 months.I have gained about .25” in BPEL.I am now at 6 5/8”BPEL and 5”EG.I am average.My goal is about 7.5”BPEL by 5.5-6”EG.I think this would be ideal for sex and getting head.I think I may have started advance workouts too early though.I started super slammers and double bundled tunica stretches about 1 and a half to 2 months in.Then at 3 months I started clamping but stopped after a while because I thought mabey I should just stick with the basics and stop advanced stuff.But I started again.So here is my current routine.

Warm up
100 sac stretches in the shower
300 jelqs
Warm down
(I do all of that in the shower)
Warm up
I stretch in all 5 directions for length and base girth
500 PC flexes
5 30 sec double bundled tunic stretches
Some V stretches
Every other day I hang 10 LBS for 5-10 minutes
Clamp for at least 10 minutes a day,most of the time more
Behind the cheeks as often as I can on my on days
Erect bends and pulls sometimes
Super slammers and needling every once in a while
Warm down and up different times during this.

I have a 2 on 1 off and 3 on 1 off workout week.Sometimes I feel as though I really worked out and sometimes not.I also exercise other parts of my body on the same workout schedule.I’m in great shape not an once of fat on me that isn’t muscle.My GF is fine with my size now,but I wouldn’t mind it a little bigger.I think girth is where it is but 6 inches is my cut off because I like head.So here are my questions..

1)Should I take a weeks rest and do the regular newbie routine for about a month and continue advanced workouts?

2)I know this has been asked but is it possible to do my routine and get length and girth results because of clamping?I have heard yes and no.I figure I have enough length workouts and can really feel the pull.

3)Do you have to warm up?I have heard yes and no.

4)Will hanging 10 lbs for 5 minutes every other workout day help length gains or will it not help at all?

Thanks for the help in advance.I’m not really worried about size right now.It’s just a little project soon to be big lol.I know really gains take time and keeping at it and I can do that.I’m not about to stop after almost 4 months.I’m open for any advice.Thunders place seems great and have learned alot from what I have read!

1) That depends on if you are getting gains now. Personally I think you may be doing too much. Pick a couple of exercises and work on quality rather than quantity. Jelqing and stretching is a good place to start. If you are doing 500 PC flexes, they are probably a bit ‘weedy’. Put your mind into the PC and work it. You should not be able to do 500 properly.

2) Yes.

3) If you are a hard gainer and have tough connective tissue, the answer is definitely yes. If you are an easy gainer, the answer is you will gain much faster with a warm up.

4) It may help a little. Again, it is a slightly ‘half ass-ed’ way to do it. If you like hanging, take some of the other bits out of your routine and hang instead.

Thanks. Will work on the spaces, the whole I’m thing got me that way. I did notice the PC felt more worked if I held it for a couple seconds and it was hard to do 100 and not feel tired so I will keep that up instead of quick flexes all the time. I will cut out that little hanging crap. I did a warm down last night for longer than I normally do and I think I will keep that up! I really think my problem is not having the motivation but Working too hard and thinking that gains will come faster. I will really try for the quality now. Another problem I have is measuring too soon, I only want to measure once a month for for the size and once a week for flaccid stretched length. But alas I do not. I think this is going to be a new start for me!

I think I will start with this routine and stick with it for a while.

Warm up( in the shower)
100 sac stretches
300 jelqs
Warm down ( in the shower)
Warm up
Manual stretches 5 directions
Try to do as many PC flexes as I can do
Warm down
Warm up
Clamp for 10 minutes for three sets with breaks in between
Warm down
Massage the sack too

And another question..

5) As you said,could it be possible that I was overworking and that slowed my gains?

6) With the behind the cheeks sitting stretch ,can it slow down erect gians?

Ok. So I did that routine. I would say I felt worked but not overworked. I may cut out clamping for a while even though I hate to do that and focus on length untill I hit my goal for that. I figure I have all the time in the world to get a huge swinging dick since my GF is fine with my size. I have some more questions..

7) I have heard alot of people say using soap as lube is a no no, why is this if you ar in the shower?

7) Soap often causes soreness and dryness, and if it gets down your urethra can cause stinging and inflammation.

Firegoat thanks you!! I have been doing the new routine and I am not going to measure for a while but I really feel as though I am gaining! Do the jelqing, then clamping, and then my stretches and I don’t have to worry about getting semi hard while stretching. I really feel I am getting a good workout over all without over working! Last night I was getting head and it just looked better, longer, girthier, and more veins then ever! My gf love s the veins in my arms so I don’t think having veins will ever be a problem! I even noticed it was harder for her to get her mouth around then last time!

I have been using soap since I started and have got modest gains before I started overworking it. I really don’t have a ton of time for pe but spend what I can on it. And my pc feels much more worked now! Needless to say thank you! I am now trying to read everything on thunder from the very beginning.
