Hi guys. I’m 18, and am just starting out on PE. I’ve read some of the threads around, and have decided to go onto a 2 on 1 off schedule. I do a 5 min warm up, and then about 30 min of manual stretching, followed by about the same time of jelq, then warm down. I’m starting off at 6’ ELBP, and about 5’ EG. I’ll update my results in about a month. I could use all the help I can get, any info or tips would be great! Also, on another note, I read something about loss of tugback? I didn’t fully understand this. I think my LOT is around 7:00 and 6:00, is this bad/good? Thanks!
