Newb Gains w girth emphasis

I’ve been on the Newb routine for almost a month now. I’ve found that I can handle 20min twice a day without issue. My goal is just girth and that’s it! I’m already 7” BPEL but 4.5” MEG. If I could not get longer and just gain girth I’d do that. My goal is 5” MEG, depending on how difficult that is to achieve may go up from there.

While on the Newb routine is there a way to jelq with more focus towards girth? Harder erection during jelq, focusing on squeezing top and bottom or the sides during a jelq?
