Hi everyone,

I joined this forum a few years ago and got pretty involved with PE. I realized some gains and then got carried away with the rest of my life. Now I have the time and desire to return and here I am.

At my first go around my length increased from 6.5 to 7” and shaft girth from 4.5 to 4.75”. This was realized through 3 months of jelqing. For a couple months now, I have done basic jelqing and considering moving into clamping and possibly hanging along with jelqing.

I also wanted to add that this is a phenomenal resource for everyone interested in PE. I have spent much time perusing the threads and have learned a lot. Now, I will begin to apply it. I look forward to contributing.

Are you still gaining from jelqing? If you are, it’s probably a good idea to leave out other exercises until you’re not gaining anymore. In retrospect, I believe that I moved into clamping way too fast after my newbie period.

I was mainly jelqing to get back in shape and haven’t realized any more gains. I think I will continue to jelq and slowly integrate clamping. I’m also a big fan of proper warm-up and down.

Have you been using the same program now that you used years ago? Seems to me that you should be gaining on the routine that worked for you in the past.

Jelq for a few months before you start clamping.

Welcome back. I say you should try to switch up your Newbie routine to a lighter one. I don’t see why you can’t gain from more manual exercises this time round as well. Did you loose any of your gains from a few years back? What are your goals?


Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

I haven’t lost of any of my gains from a couple years ago. After thinking about this a little more, I’ve decided to go with what gave me my gains in the first place; stretching and jelqing. I’ll leave the clamping for when I need to try something new.

My current stats are 7.0” BPEL and 4.75” EG. My goal is 8” BPEL x 5.5” EG
