Newbie Help?
Hello Everyone! I’m new to this forum and really forum posting in general, so if this is not posted in correct place I apologize.
So here is the deal, I’m new to PE and have read through all the beginners posts. However I’m looking for advice/suggestions in the scheduling
Area.
I work at a job that I live at for a week at a time. So I live at work a week and home a week. The living quarters allow almost zero
Privacy. I honestly don’t have the luxury of time/privacy for the workout schedules while I’m here. The jelqing and warm wraps and what not. I have already
Started an edging routine at home and have no problem working in the workout while I’m there. So my question is this, what kind of PE can I do while
At work to help facilitate growth and not prevent gains altogether because I stop for a week at a time? And while I’m home what sort of scehdule should I use?
If I’m home for a week should my workouts be 3 and 1 rest then 3 again? Any suggestions would be appreciated and I thank y’all for reading this post and your time!
