Hey guys,

I been doing Pe’s for a good 2-3 weeks and seen slight growth.I’m looking to grow the length of my penis but seem to grow the girth instead,slightly.I was thinking to my self was I doing the jelqs correctly,or what?When people jelq do they squeeze alot or just enough to pull the skin? I just have been thinking I been doing it all wrong this whole time!! Can some one help or inspire me.lol

Don’t squeeze hard when you jelq, use a soft grip.

Yeah. Kingpole is right. Try to loosen your grip a little bit and try to focus more on stretching if you really want length gains. That’s how I got my great and fast length gains before. Hope that helps!

Give yourself some time nolove22. I’m into PE for 7 weeks now. I see some small gains now and then. But they are there. Do your routine with discipline and read as much as you can on this forum. You’ll learn how to make small adjustments in your technique and routine. Speaking for myself I noticed only recently that my jelqs and stretches are getting (far much) better. So my advice is practice, practice and practice and you’ll learn. I’m sure that after some time you’ll see what works and what’s not.

Listen to kingpole, his jelq advice has given me more results in a month than I got in 2 months last year. I used to think you had to squeeze hard to get results, no wonder my girth barely grew.

I think the jelq theory is that doing it at lower erection levels (40% to 65%) will result in more length gained, and 80% will result in girth. For you, being in it only a few weeks, I would say just continue what you’re doing. Most guys have a harder time gaining girth, and I would love to be able to hit girth goals first and then focus on length.

The only other idea would be too jelq at a variety of erection levels, but I’m not sure if that’s beneficial or not.

Oh sorry for double post but after today’s session I got a weird pain right below my dick head.is that bad or good?

Bad. Pain is never good. Soreness can be ok, but pain pain isn’t. What’s your routine specifically, time, strokes, heat up/down?

The baseball bat effect is where the upper half or third of your cock is wider than the lower. Some guys, myself included, have dicks this way from birth. Some exercises have been known to increase or create this effect. Thus far with my PE, it has actually lessened the bat effect.

What I do is 5 min warm wrap.Then 5 min stretch.Then I do 10-12 of jelqs.Then 5mins again of warm wrap finally 50 kegels.The pain,idk if it’s soreness or just pain can’t tell the difference. But from what I see on other topics where I get pain/aches/soreness is when you can tell if your growing.idk if I’m right or wrong.

The gains I do see is when I’m flaccid rather then when I’m hard.

Pain, aches and soreness are three different things. Aching and soreness aren’t felt ‘right under the glans’, generally. Look at your penis, maybe you caused yourself a little cut. Are you circumcised?

Yea I am.But there no cut very lil color change and when I’m flaccid I feel fuller it’s hangs a lil more and girth is bigger as well when I’m half erected.Another thing is when I get pain it’s only after I jack off.idk what it is.I’m trying to say it the best and detailed as I can,lol.

Now, is that ‘pain’ like a inner burning? Maybe you pulled too much with manual stretch, irritating a bit your urethra. Give your tool 1 day of rest and it should disappear. Just a side note: wash your hand before starting manual exercises.

What kind of lube are you using? And why are you doing so few jelqs?

Sorry about the grammar,just in a rush to type this.The Feeling is like something is rubbing/tickling underneath my dick head(Gland).Then some weird pain also by my pelvic bone on and off.I normally get these pains after I masturbate.Is that normally? I also been using lotion for the past days due to no baby oil.For the question why I’m doing so few jelqs is because I started doing them I haven’t seen much gains,but now I want to see if I did them wrong.SO if I do jelqs correctly what should I feel.

The underside of your penis and around the glans for any discoloration or red spots or signs of dryness. You should give your penis a break for a few days.
