Newbie here. Hello TP
Guys,
Long time lurker, and somewhat familiar with jelqing, but I have never really taken the time to practice it religiously. This changes now.
I am 36, long time rugby player, married with 2 boys. I am 6’1, 220#, good shape, strong, and do occasional yoga type stuff on top of my usual gym/rugby training stuff. If I were to be super critical of myself physically, I could probably lose 5 pounds of fat, but I have always kind of excused a bit of extra weight due to playing rugby.
I would say pretty much my main issue is the tight testicle/penis feeling where everything seems to suck and shrink up. I don’t know know what my erect girth is, but my erect penis is around 6.5 - 7 inches. I am not a guy who cares much about showing off or what have you, but the feeling that I get when flaccid and everything feeling tight down there is so frustrating I can hardly stand it. I typically get morning or night time erections, eat very well (if anything I could even eat more of a vegetarian type of diet, but again, I do eat very well), work out regularly, try not to stress out too much, etc, but the ‘tight’ feeling is usually the worst mid morning and then at bed time. I say this because maybe it is something hormonal and this could possibly shed some light to you guys that know about these things. I pay pretty good attention to what I put into my body, and lifestyle stuff like stress, etc, but I cannot find a pattern or reasoning as to why/when I feel this way. It is not all the time, but when it is bad I feel so shitty, cannot think about anything else, and my confidence takes a hit. When it is not happening I am my ‘normal’ self, confident, and happy.
Of course, I will get started on a beginner course asap, but really I wanted to put an introduction post on here to keep me accountable and to reach out to any of you that may have dealt with something like this before. I am looking to add around an inch of length and girth, and possibly even more importantly I am looking to cure this tight turtle feeling once and for all.
Looking forward to starting and any and all input!!
Cheers
