Newbie Intro and Questions
Hi Everyone!
So, I’ve been signed up here for years, but have really only just decided now to start a routine. I have a pretty simple question that I’d like to know about before I get started. I notice that a lot of routines mention a % erect state to do the exercises in. Whenever I go near my old fella to start jelqing, I find that he gets to 100% pretty quickly, and I have to stop working him out. Is there a method or technique that you all use to stay at 50% or less erection?
