Newbie question about hanging

I’ve been PEing for three weeks now. How far along do you have to be to start hanging?

Six months to a year of the Newbie Routine would be wise. :)

3 months should be enough but I advise you to stretch first until it doesn’t gives you any gains anymore. this because stretching is safer, cheaper and easier to do.
