Newbie question

Hi all,

I’m new to this place, just got my hands on 4xlabs extender, but don’t have time to wear it, only 2 h a day, can I achieve some gains or not even worth to spend these hours on it?

Based on what I have read about extenders (I have one) you can expect gains at the 2 hour level but not as quickly as at the 4 hour level.
