Newbie questions.

Okay, I’ve been doing P.E for about 4 weeks now and there’s a few things id like to ask some of you more experienced P.E’ers.

Firstly, when I jelq not only does blood swell to my glans, small bumps also appear on the glans itself just as I’ve pushed all the blood into it. Good or bad thing? Second, what are good signs that P.E is working? I’ve got morning wood a few times, and my flaccid’s are generally a bit longer and thicker, but still no change to BPEL or EG.

You should loosen your grip slightly. And the bumps should go away in a week or so.

The bumps are your capillaries at the skin surface dilating, you want this to happen; it is a good thing.

Red pin prick spots, often though not exclusively located on the glans, are the result of burst capillaries. They should disappear within a day or two. Ensuring a thorough warm up and building toward full intensity can help to minimize them. They should not be considered a problem.

Larger red or purple spots indicate a more substantial breach in capillary or vein walls. Taking a couple of days off from jelqing is a good idea.

Black pin prick spots located on the shaft are an indicator of insufficient lubrication. They should heal quickly…
