Newbie routine after 4 mounths

Newbie routine after 4 mounths

Hello

I have been doing the newbie routine for about 4 months.
Not seeing any gains yet, but better EQ.

I do manual stretches for about 15min, and jelqs for 20 to 30 min.
Stretches I do mostly downwards, as this seems to give the best stretch for me.
Jelqs with a EL of 40 to 80% (it varies through the session).
I do not do warmup any more, I found that they did not do anything for me.

The newbie routine says to gradually increase time/intensity.
Any thoughts on how a newbie routine should be after 4 months?

after 4 months you should have your own routine and grown out of the newbie one :)

try some new stuff, V stretch, fowfers, hanging etc

Now: 11/09/09 - BPEL 15cm || Short Term Goal: BPEL 17cm || Long Term Goal: BPEL 19cm

Total PE Time: 5 Months || Started: BPEL 13.5cm

Yeah!

I agree with the post above now is the time to move forward to the next level. Do not get disappointed I did not get any gains either when I was on newbie routine.

So what are your primary goals, length or girth gains?

How many jelqs are you doing? How about your PI’s? It’s strange that you have gained nothing. In most of cases, this is caused by doing too much or not enough.

I would suggest stretching in all directions instead of just down. Also do at least a 5 min warm-up. A warm-up will increase the effectiveness of your stretches and jelqs. If your not gaining after 4 months your obviously doing something wrong so change up your routine.

I agree with Marinera in that it is strange that you have made no gains at all. Usually, if done right, the newbie routine gives 1/4 to 1/2 inch in the first 3 months or so just by loosening up the mechanics of the penis and from increased erection quality.

But, if you have given up warming up then you have obviously either done zero research or have disregarded the research that you have done. Take a week or two off, do some reading, and start over, this time with warm up’s.

I’ve read somewhere that there are 3 chambers in the penis which may be why if some people stretch more to the left or the right more it leans that way? Masturbation with the same hand to much does it I’m almost sure. So try stretching left and right also ; Inverted V-stretches work very well for a “next step”.Did for me anyways.

Thank you for feedback :)

I will try to warm up again.
From what I read I thought the warm up thing was debated, some saying it is not necessary, others that it is.

I will also be adding more variety to my stretches.

What about the time used for each session, OK for now?

I am not a big fan of timing my Jelq’s; try counting them. I find that if I count them then each Jelq gets special attention, and also that I get a more uniform workout every day. Maybe start with 50 Jelq’s and add 10 Jelq’s every 2 weeks or so.

And yea, do a 5 minute warm up and stretch in all directions, maybe add some high tension stretches like V-stretch and A-stretch.

I do my warm up and my stretches in a hot shower, which seems to work really well, except that my showers are almost always 25-30 minutes long.
