Newbie Routine Expectations?

I was curious how many here have gained by exclusively doing the newbie routine and only do the exercises in that routine? I have been doing it for roughly a month and while I don’t any growth gains I am seeing improvements in my EQ.

I am asking because every thread I read around the newbie routine, someone mentions also doing other things like hanging for hours a day or a bathmate.etc.

I have kids and a very busy life so I wanted to know if it is even worth pursuing if I can only dedicate 30-45 mins to this a day?

I’ve never seen someone post doing the newbie and hanging. Unless they were conditioned it could very well end in injury. Improved EQ is the start of something, if nothing else you want a healthy dick with great EQ. That should be the main focus of PE, unfortunately it doesn’t get mentioned enough.

If 35 to 45 mins is all the time you have it’s fine. Just stay focused on a routine, for now the newbie. It’s suggested for 90 days or beyond if you continue to gain.

Are going for length or girth or both?
You could always add in more stretches for length and other exercises for girth.

Sorry for the huge delay. Thanks for responding. I guess I was looking for people that have had sustained gains from the newbie routine exclusively and posts of those results. It seems that I see tons of variations in the beginner forum and many use hangers and pumps but maybe that is just the threads I have read. My job and family life don’t afford me a lot of time but I can commit to this routine. I am committed to the manual exercises (and extending the duration of stretching and jelqing) but worry that I can’t commit to hours of hanging.etc.

I am looking for length and girth. My current measurements are 6.35” BPEL and 5” MEG. I would love to get to 7” BPEL and 5.5” MEG but wonder if doing manual stretches could get me there? I am definitely a grower to varying degrees depending on the way the wind is blowing (sometimes a good hang but may times a turtle with balls sucked up). I am currently doing:

6 minutes warm-up
6 minutes stretching (30 seconds each of down, straight out, left, right, up and windmill)
12 minutes wet jelq varying from 40-80% erect
6 minutes warm down

I have to say that I feel good after each workout thanks to all of your success stories. I look forward to the journey! PLease let me know if there are some good posts of manual only PE success threads. Thanks!

Hi riverside1234, I just wanted to but in here and add that I gained 1/8” on erect length and 1/4” in girth in my 4 weeks of PE. I’m using a beginner routine like yours except for the following. I do stretch during the day when I’m in the washroom. Keep time to a minimum in order to be discreet. Also after the second week I’ve been jelqing for 20 minutes. I have a hard time staying below 80% erect, so I’m doing it at more like 90%. This is probably why my girth has grown more then my length. (one day on one day off) They say that it’s the rest days were the growth happens.

I’m like you. I’m trying to find more people that are at the same stage in order to compare what works. I just need to add that I did take my routine too far 2 days ago. I believe it’s due to squeezing too hard while doing 90% erect jelqs. Listening to my body.. I’m on the second day of a three day break.

To me it looks like you should ramp up your jelq time. Maybe start some Ulis everytime you go to the wash room. 10 each time.

Just start slowly. The newbie routine is meant to condition you for more advanced exercises so there’s no point adding exercises at the beginning. Some don’t see any gains the first months, some do. Some even gain faster doing less. When you’ll have achieved at least 3 months of newbie routine, you’ll take the time to find out what’s working for you. I can tell you that an injury —even minor— can really mess with your mind, so don’t take that risk. I’ve gained doing a lighter version of the newbie routine (1on/2off first month, adding 1 day on each month but always keeping 2 days off; 5 min stretching; 50 jelqs, 5 seconds each; 20 mins edging).


BPEL: 6,8" MEG: 5,4" BPFSL: 7,2" (Started on August 2017)

1 month break in December

BPEL: 7,52" MEG: 5,55" (January 2018)
