Newbie routine for review and comment

I’ve been reading about PE for some time now and finally have gotten started. I am following a modified version of the “newbie routine” but have replaced the jelq’s with pumping using my Vacutech. I’m going on two weeks now and would like some of you experts out there to take a look and let me know what you think about the routine. I’m would like to know if you think I’m over training, under training or if this looks right. Here’s my program right now.

5 way (up,down, left,right, out) manual stretches
10 minutes of pumping at 4-5 hg
1 minute massage to get blood flowing
10 minutes pumping
1 minute massage to get blood flowing
50 kegels

I am doing this 2 days on 1 day off but also do the manual stretches twice a day on the off day. Any comments and constructive criticism is appreciated.

Current: 6.5” BPEL / 5” EG
Goal: 7.5” BPEL / 6” EG
