Newbie Routine - Stretching?
Hey, this is my first post here..
Finally decided to give this routine a shot.
My question is - It says 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches).. Does this mean 10 30-second stretches in EACH direction? (Up down left right)?
What would be the best way for me to go about incorporating manual stretching as a beginner?
