Newbie Routine - Stretching?

Hey, this is my first post here..

Finally decided to give this routine a shot.

My question is - It says 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches).. Does this mean 10 30-second stretches in EACH direction? (Up down left right)?

What would be the best way for me to go about incorporating manual stretching as a beginner?

No, it means 2x30 sec stretches per direction.

And don’t forget the heat before and after :-)

Okay excellent, thanks for replying!

Yesterday was my first day doing it.. Because I wasn’t sure, I ended up doing bottom and top stretches for 3 sets - 30 seconds, and right and left for 2 sets - 30 seconds.
Close enough haha.

And yes, I’ve been warming the boys up with a hot towel.
