So you just started and you’re already using an ADS for 8 hours a day? I don’t use an ADS, but I would think that starting out using an ADS (especially for 8 hours) would definitely overcondition your unit and make future gains a little further down the road a lot harder to come by. Trust me, you don’t want that. I’d recommend starting out using the Newbie Routine. After all, it was made for and aimed towards people that are just starting.
Also, as for the hanging, no way (I think at least) that you should start hanging only after 1 month of hanging. Wait about 3-4 months and then think about it. During those 3-4 months I’d recommend doing the Newbie Routine.
You may want to achieve super gains quick, but that’s just not how it works. You have to work at it. Also, I’d recommend using the search button for anything you have a question on first. If you can’t find your answer in the search results, then of course definitely feel free to make a new thread about it. I mention the search function because just about everything has been talked about before.
