Good Evening thunders members how are you ;)

I have started PE last week.

I both a Andropenis, and I am now in 2 week of use it’s very comfortable but I want GAINS (My size is: 6.8 NBPEL(BPEL is 7 inches) x 5.5EG) xD

So for that I am starting the Andropenis program using 4 hours a day plus massage my penis with Kolossal cream (Is it a good cream?), and also started a newbie routine that I do every day on the shower:

1-5 minutes warm up
2-5 minutes stretch (10 ways x 30 seconds)
3-10 minutes wet jelq
4-5 minutes warm down
5-50 kegels

The question is am I in a good way with this? May I had another exercise for more girth gains or length gains?

You do maybe a little too much honor to your nickname :-) There is a lot of speed in what you are doing already by now. Andropenis for 4 hours plus a cream (which I don’t know) plus the newbie routine every day.

The newbie routine is a nearly risk free way to get your dick used to PE. It is recommended to follow it as described, and after 6-12 weeks you will be able to have a statement by your measurements if growth is happening. And then simply continue the very same routine as it’s working!

Changes are, in the first phase, recommended when you reach a plateau, so when growth stops. This first phase can vary very much, in my personal case I did not yet encounter a real plateau and did ‘only’ stretching and jelqing - overall for more than two years.

I would even recommend to have a one on/two off sequence as start, because two healing/growth days are important. Then step up to 2/2, then 3/2 etc to a maximum of 5on/2off. Just a recommendation…

At the end of the day it’s your dick, but I would be a little bit softer with the guy down there. He’s the only one you got!

After read what you write I will stop using the cream and do on/off days like you explained.

I will start with 1 day on 2 off training and 5 days week with Andropenis, and after 2 weeks increase one on day, and so on.

That sounds like a plan. To be honest, I would even start without the Andropenis, but after all it’s your decision. I’m not against the Andropenis, just trying to convince you that it’s worth starting slow and easy

So I will only start using Andropenis on the 5 week 2 hours a day and increasing every 2 weeks 1 hour till 4 hours a day and follow the normal program of it.

I will go very slow taking measurements every week to see the evolution and also make a report every day on a notebook.

An answer with a bit of theory

This is a good plan, as good as the first. You can go with both, I recommend the second one a bit more but basically I would not do both of them for me (and me only!), but I think I have to explain why. You should NOT think your plans are bad and mine are better for whatever reason.

I follow a particular nitpickers approach to PE. I try to isolate every new routine I do from the previous one and only on proven gain exhaustion. The idea behind is to find as precisely possible root-cause relations. This is only possible if there is a single and isolated change in parameters, not several changes at the same time. And I try to be patient by measuring once a month and giving at least a reserve month for giving proof of measurements.

I give you a simple (and unrealistic!!!) example:

Routine 1 consists of whacking my penis with a hammer 1 time every second day (single parameter). In the first month, my penis grows 0.25”. In the second zero (suspicion of no gain). In the third, again zero inches (proof of no gain). I decide then to switch to caressing my penis every second day (frequency parameter remains constant!) with a silk scarf for 5 minutes (single parameter changed: the method). After 1 month, my penis has grown 0.1”, after 2 months 0.2”, after 3 months I gained overall additional 0.32”. Therefore, as I changed only one parameter if the routine, there is a high probability of proof that the hammer-whacking method did not work and the silk-scarf-method is working. I happily conclude I better keep the silk-scarf method.

Routine 2 consists of whacking my penis with a hammer 1 time every second day (single parameter). In the first month, my penis grows 0.25”. In the second zero (suspicion of no gain). In the third, again zero inches (proof of no gain). I decide then to switch to whacking my penis with the hammer two times (parameter 1 changed: modification of intensity) and then caress if with the silk scarf for 5 minutes (parameter 2 changed: new method introduced) and do it on a daily base (parameter 3 changed: increase of frequency). Whatever I will measure in the next month, I will not be able to trace it to the source because I changed three different parameters at the same time.

I guess you see what I mean by trying to do isolated changes in routine. I absolutely admit it’s a really “purist” or maybe even a bit “theoretical” approach to PE, but I am a patient man. I have by far more seniority as TP reader than as PE practitioner, as I had quite a long break in the last years.

But I was still reading through TP threads during that break and I came to this method. It’s based on my observation of multiple progress and injury reports where PE-brothers gained or failed or were struggling without really being able to identify the good or the bad parameters in their routines. And I admit I have some academic background and this idea follows a basic principle of scientific research.

I cannot guarantee success, but I think the probability of clear feedback and linking the actions to the results should make the personal routine more successful in the medium and long term, independent of the method of PE.

OK, that was a bit of theory, but it had to be said on that occasion.

So after reading what you write I have understood that I should start with the newbie routine very slow and follow it till I reach a grow plateo on there do and upgrade to my routine (more intensity, frequency, another exercise, add the extender) and also track all of my trains and size each month.

Why not creating a logbook-thread where you update us about methods, changes and successes. That is very self-motivational. Have a look at mine - I am quite transparent even in the things where I fail because that’s where I hope to learn something. And it’s great to go back and read your own ideas and observations to gain more PE-knowledge.

As far as I know videos are not allowed for regular members, only educational videos approved by the moderators.

Fortunately, otherwise I am sure there would be soon a storm of requests for a practical demonstration. OK, I would choose a styropor foam hammer painted like a metal one :-)

I will start today my PE routine very slow 1on 2off and also start my logbook and log thread giving feedback, my routine each day,results, measurements and what motivates me to PE and also some inspiration for those who need it.

I hope get some good gains till the end of this one year.
