Just started PE, I am currently 6.3L and 4.5 in girth. Any tips on good stretches/squeezes for girth?

Hey camel it can piss you off to keep hearing people say DO THE NEWBIE ROUTINE I know I got pissed because I read almost everything on this site and still am looking for a routine that I like I guess some people have weak dicks and need to take baby steps but not me I would love to hear someone say something interesting about length and girth!

AstroGlider: thing is, the newbie routine is obviously very good for gaining length and girth when you’re a beginner. The vets are not trying to discourage you, they just want to point you in the right direction.

Everyone is different and I believe that most people want to help by keeping you from injuring yourself (IE the Newbie Routine). It’s not for everyone but it’s certainly a good place to start when you don’t know jack about how your unit will react. Now, if you’ve REALLY read everything on this site you would have already came up with your own routine like everyone else. If you don’t like the answer then don’t ask the question.

You know, if you try to do advanced techniques as a newbie, then your cock will get used to more strenuous exercises and it will actually make it MORE difficult to have gains in the long run.

Stick to the newbie routing until your gains stop. THEN move to advanced techniques.
