No gains, how much time off before trying again?

No gains, how much time off before trying again?

I have made zero gains since starting several months ago. My schedule is busy so I only manage to do my routine either every other day or 2 on 2 off. That seems like plenty IMO. I have been doing

5 mins warm water washing over penis
10 mins worth of stretching (30 sec stretches in all directions)
35 mins jelq
5 min warm water washing over penis

I was thinking of taking 3 days off and then starting back with the same routine but only 30 minutes of jelq and doing it Mon/Tues/Thur/Friday (hard to get privacy on weekend).

If you have any other recommendations for me, please let me know. I was also considering dropping down all the way to 15 minutes of jelq and each month measure/pictures and see if maybe I was doing too much and then finding an optimal amount of jelq time.

I’m fairly desperate so please help me!

PS. I have the new pics but haven’t posted them I will if you want, but after 15 minutes of scrutiny and comparing to the old ones I can not see a difference. If anything I look like I might have lost a little bit…

So I’m overdoing it? I just want to know how to get on the right track, at this point I’ll do anything because I’ve wasted several months already as what I’m doing is getting me no where…

OK, I will restart at 10 minutes jelq. How much time should I take off in the meantime, and how often should I increase the time? I have been PE since sometime in November. As I said, I am desperate now…

If you read the newbie routine you’d see 10 minutes of jelqing is enough. I don’t understand why people insist on doing more more more. I am on m 10th week and do 11 minutes of jelqing.

It says work up to 30 minutes over the course of 6 weeks.

How long have you been doing it?

My mistake.

I still dont’ like the idea though.

Search for the thread on Physiologic Indicators of erectile quality. Also, how intense have you been with your stretching and jelqing? Remember, you don’t need to beat up your dick. You may need to use less pressure with both stretching and jelqing.

Hi there.

Firstly I’d suggest doing the LOT test, know your exit point and erection angle, these may give clues to what you need to be focusing on.

My own advice would be to reduce your jelqing time, but up your stretching time, assuming you want length. When stretching ensure you hold for 30s-1min and ensure you are applying enough force to feel the stretch, without causing pain.

On your “schedule”, I understand we are all busy, but you have to be consistent with PE. If you simply haven’t got the time, is a half-hearted effort worth it? I’ve got to find 2 hours a day to hang soon, but I understand it is time I have to find and I have to make sacrificies to do that and remain consistent.

As the other guys have said, going too hard can be counter productive.

My suggestion would be to do 15 stretching, 10 jelqing, both at the right level for the next 6 weeks and see how things are going. You may, however, have to look at other methods in time for your gains.
