No gains in over 2 years of PE, help me gain some length

Hmm, it seems you may have unnecessarily toughened your penile tissue up. You gotta decondition first before you can restart. Then manuals might work again, there’s no guarantee though. PE is tricky in that once you get too intense it can be hard to gain with less intense exercises. The key is to build up over time as the previous exercises stop working.

Also another observation is that it appears your PE was not very disciplined. A disciplined routine is key. Try following just the newbie routine here exactly as it is posted here after your decon break, then report back.

I personally feel that you might want to try sticking with one thing and just modifying that one thing based on what you feel and results/lack of results.

I only say this to you because I have read many of your posts and you seem to jump all over the place. It is hard to know if things are working if you are always switching the variables.

Thanks BH. I will stick to it. I havent changed that much. I’ve just done manuals. 5 months ullis stretch jelq, 2 or 3 months just jelq a little and now just many stretches and jelq.

I don’t see why is a problem to comment other matters related to yours. But sorry I won’t do it again.

It almost sounds as if you were trying too hard. I agree with the others’ idea to take a long deconditioning break. I would say on your second month of deconditioning break add ballooning/edge, if you manage to keep at a 100% EL during your edging session, and you then add some kegels you could scrap a few mm along with a fantastic EQ.

I also agree when you restart you should go really slow, the beginner routine sounds good, no need to do too many jelqs, just enough to help with EQ as your routine is mostly made of stretches.

Later Tunica stretches (A stretches, bundled stretches, tunica tugs) are a worthy option to consider.

If nothing works at this point, hanging and playing with different angles, sounds the main possibility, if you ever find the time for it.

Hanging at 10 hours per week.? I don’t think I ever hanged for more than 5 hours per week and probably averaged 3 hours per week and I gained 2 inches in 30 months.

I believe the idea of 10 hours was when Bib was looking at a wide cross section of hangers. He found the majority gained with that amount of time. I also have never had a month where I put in 40 hours for the month. Yet I have gained. However, there are definitely some people that keep on bumping up the weight and maybe just a little more time hanging time would have done the trick.

Also from his forum there seems to be a period where people stop gaining from the BTC angle. When they go to the higher angles the gains really slow down and he talks about requiring far more hours hanging in order to produce gains that came so easily before.

I wish everyone charted there hanging progress, angles, weights, and results. It would be awesome to have all that data to see if those patterns really do exist.

In that context Underwear you might want to do a reduced hanging routine. See if a couple sets a day produce results. You can even do split sets so it isn’t such a time sink.

Since you aren’t looking for huge length gains.

Pump and jelq every other day.

I don’t think a break will work for me. Between the times where I trained too intense and the normal routines were already a break of a few months.

Seems like PE just doesnt work for me. Its very frustrating when you put so much effort in it and got nothing after 2 years.

I think with the time you have to dedicate to PE, pumping would work well for you. Selecting the correct cylinder size, heat and time are key.

I’ve gained quite well with the time you’re willing to invest.

I decided to try fowfers only for now, because I don’t want to go back to an active routine for now.
Most people say that they only give flaccid gains and I’m fine with that, but 1 day after doing them for a few hours the first time, I am already 3mm longer in erect length. Of course it could be a meassurement error, but since I stopped PE a while ago I meassure almost daily multiple times because I wanted to see exactly if I loose or gain some length after stopping. I was at the same size all the time. 1 Day after doing fowfers/LAS for a few hours, I’m definitly 3mm longer then before.

I’ll do that for a while and report back, if fowfers/LAS only give me some significant gains.
Since I am as said at 14.5cm and only want to get to 15cm, you can understand my excitement when I am at 14.8 after doing this exercise for 1 day.

Of course 5mm won’t be noticeable, but its just a psychological thing. 15cm sounds much better than 14.5
