No gains - Overtraining?
Evening all,
I started PE seriously in Jan of this year having been on and off with it for about 18 months. I did some basic stretches and jelqs following a beginners routine. Stretches were 30 seconds hold 10 seconds rest in the following directions:
Down: Left, Right, Centre Out: Left, Right, Centre Up: Left, Right, Centre, Total of 4:30 of stretching for one full cycle.
My routine got progressively more intense:
Weeks 1-2: 1 stretch cycle, 6 mins Jelq
Weeks 3-4: 2 stretch cycle, 7 mins Jelq
Weeks 5-6: 3 stretch cycle, 8 mins Jelq
Week 7: 3 stretch cycle, 9 mins Jelq
Week 8: 2 stretch cycle, 6 mins Jelq <— Recovery week
I have had basically zero gains in either length or girth. My erection strength has gotten much stronger and is off the chart so I know something must be working, but the lack of gains is the issue here. In my inexperienced eyes, this routine seems like it is over the top for a newbie in terms of the amount of time sent stretching and jelqing. I have had no pain at any point.
Any insight would be muchly appreciated here as I lack the experience to figure it out myself.
