No gains should I
I have been at this for 4 months straight with a week break in the middle after about 2 months, but been real good about doing it every time needed and gained nothing, so should i bump up my routine I’m still on the newbie routine and i stretch for about 10 to 15 and jelq 50 times down overhand and under and the same for up 50 times overhand and under. I warn up and warm after. give me some advise.
