No length progress?
Hi. I’m very new to this and I’m still learning about PE. I read about different routines and I decided to do the following at the moment:
5 minutes warming up and stretching
10 minutes wet jelq
5 minutes warming up and stretching
I did this for the last 2 weeks and I noticed a positive change in my vascularity I get harder erections, but I can’t seem to have length progress
Any reasons why you think I’m not making any length progress? I read about traction wrapping but I prefer to focus on manual PE for now, but if it’s going to help I’m willing to try it.
Any opinion would be gladly appreciated thanks
