PE has increased my overall EQ including morning wood. I’d give this a go first before delving into T-boosters or whatnot… I feel doing things naturally is always better. This could work for you as well?

This had me curious if maybe my lack of morning wood was caused by a lack of sleep? I never did much research on it. Really never thought much about it, either. I went so long without having any morning wood, that I didn’t even realize it until it came back . I believe PE has brought it back into my life? What else would have? I get about 3 hours of sleep a night and take about an hour nap around noon. So, I’m guessing that possibly this lack of sleep I get may have been the major culprit in my morning woods demise?
