No Morning Wood

So I just recently started PE and of course I have a lot of questions. But for now I only have one issue, but I’m not sure that it’s that serious. I have been doing PE for about a week now, and I don’t really get morning wood. I was just wondering if that was normal. I also don’t have any pains so don’t think I’m over training. Tell me what you guys think.

Did you have good morning wood before starting PE? If you didn’t to begin with, it will take some time but your morning wood should pop back with a good PE routine. It did for me, at least.

I use to when I was younger but since I’ve been older hasn’t been as often, would T-booster help?

About 7 1/2 hours of sleep a night, it fluctuates as I am a very busy person.

PE has increased my overall EQ including morning wood. I’d give this a go first before delving into T-boosters or whatnot… I feel doing things naturally is always better. This could work for you as well?

This had me curious if maybe my lack of morning wood was caused by a lack of sleep? I never did much research on it. Really never thought much about it, either. I went so long without having any morning wood, that I didn’t even realize it until it came back . I believe PE has brought it back into my life? What else would have? I get about 3 hours of sleep a night and take about an hour nap around noon. So, I’m guessing that possibly this lack of sleep I get may have been the major culprit in my morning woods demise? Yes I occasionally watch it but only when I’m trying to get off. Also what is EQ?

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Maybe try to lay off the porn and try a different method for getting off. I prefer to use my imagination. It may help? EQ is erectile qualities. You’ll see this abbreviation a lot here. With common abbreviations, a line will appear below it. In this case, on a computer you can put your mouse pointer over it and it will tell you what it is. On a phone, I can’t tell you how to check, maybe someone else can? Also the glossary at the bottom of the page has many of the common abbreviations you’ll see around here. If you ever come across one and are curious, you can always go there and check it out.

If you had morning wood before I would say you are over doing it. Being new to this I have been very conservative in my routine and have found all functions of my penis have improved. If your getting negative response stop and return with a less aggressive routine.

I had the same issue up until 2 or so weeks ago. I am still on the newbie routine and so this was making me somewhat nervous but I continued my routine and watched for other negative PIs. I was still able to get 10/10 erections throughout the day so I am not really sure why the night and morning erections left. Recently, the erections have come back in full force and I haven’t changed my routine at all so I am not sure whats up with that, but I won’t complain. As a newbie I can’t give you much advise, for that I’d listen to what the senior members here tell you, but I can tell you my personal experience on the matter.
