No Visible Gains

I’ve been at this for about 1 year. Half inch gain in length in the first three months. No I haven’t measured since then, but I don’t see any gains. Yes I have alot of stress ( marital, family deaths, and financial), I smoke, I drink, I don’t get enough sleep. I try to stretch whenever I can, and jelq after every shower, but I don’t see any gains. Maybe I should measure again. Still doing the newbie routine.

Take a week off. Come back and go with the newbie routine again and try to get good sleep and use a heating source before you stretch and jelg.

Wow, sorry about all the stress factors in your life; that can definitely be a reason for no gains, in my opinion, as it is tough on the emotions, and subsequent sleeplessness. Are you following the 2 on 1 off in the Newbie Routine? I know that having rest time is important.

I’m in day 5 of not really doing much of anything except reffing hockey. Will try again after the weekend.

Going to go back to the newbie routine after the weekend. Would be nice to get more than 3 hours sleep in a night!

Same is happening to me. Gained half inch in 3 months or 4 and I’m stuck. Measure and tell us, but we should increase routine.

Started light stretching and jelqs on Monday. 10-15 minutes of stretching, and 50-100 jelqs at night. 2 on 1 off. I also added l-arginine because I read it helps with stress and blood flow. I work in a cold environment all day and ref hockey after work and at night. My hands freeze at work, and hockey rinks aren’t all that warn either. Hoping the l-arginine helps a bit.

Still haven’t measured. Getting morning wood again, but no time to measure after work like I did in the beginning. One day.

I stretch one hour a day in 20 or 10 or 5 min sessions. I dont seem to gain either but I will stick at it.

I spent last 3 4 days in a trip and did no PE at all and just jerked off once, came back home and noticed a really small growth. Seems like letting it rest aint a bad idea. However i am kinda addicted and I do PE everyday, my PI arent negative so I’ll keep on doing what I do. But one day off per week seems to be smart. I might take Sundays off.

You should stick at one fixed routine. Take some days off and see what happens.
