No warmdown?

Instead of warming down using warm og cold water, is it possible to just not do anything? Just leave the penis in the state it is, when finished jelqing?

My penis stayes pumped a lot longer when i do this.

I have read this thread, but it doesn’t say anything about not doing anything after PE, and by anything i mean warming down/cooling down.

I would not ‘cool down’, ever.

There are a lot of people that do not warm down after PE, because they feel that their penis is already warm enough after the workout. I say you should warm down to help the healing process. I use 3-4 warming sessions during my PE sessions, at the beginning, the end and in the middle.

I and others believe that heat is the key ingredient to success with PE. If you want my advice, do a proper warm down after workouts.

You don’t have to warmdown.

Well, you don’t have to warm-up either, but it’s a good practice.

I would tend to agree with kingdingaling.

Heat is very important. I don’t know how absolutely important a warm-down is (it can’t hurt, though), but a warm-up is essential and, if your routine is long, keeping it warm is definitely a good idea.

The ‘cool down’ idea would seem to me to encourage recoil, and that is definitely not a good idea.

Think about how athletes warm-up and warm-down, or physical therapists do with their patients. That’s in keeping with what we’re about. You can’t really go wrong with using heat, it encourages blood-flow.

The penis is all about blood-flow.

I remember that during the period of my best gains, I was using a warm wrap before and after most exercises. It was annoying to keep re-heating the rice sock, but I liked the results.

Was it the heat? I don’t know for sure. But I have this idea in my head still that it did.
