Nooo - red dots again. Please, help

Nooo - red dots again. Please, help

Exactly one month after (re-)starting PE, the red dots appeared. I can stop masturbating and beep-ing, but I really don’t want to stop the exercises. What should I do? I followed the linear newbie routine:

1-2 day(s) on/1 day off
5 min hot shower
2 x 30 sec stretches in each direction (down, up, left, right, forward)
3 x 25 dry jelqs with various grips (the
5 min hot shower, combined with 40-50 5 sec kegels
Additionally, I perform 2-3 times per day 15 min kegels every day.

I feel that If I stop PE this time, probably I won’t come back. I just lose so much time doing PE and sooner or later the red dots appear, then I stop PE and all the efforts become useless.
Please, give me an advice! What will happen if I continue the program? What is the best for my Willy?

Greetings!

One more question - can I at least continue stretching? Will they irritate the red dots?

Why don’t you try loosen your grip when you jelq and see if that makes a difference?

Dedication, Hardwork. Dedication, Hardwork.

When I first started jelqing I developed petechiae, or red spots, on the shaft of my penis. It’s been three or four weeks and I haven’t seen any lately. They are harmless bruising, and unless someone is closely inspecting your penis it should be safe to ignore them.

Thank you for your answers!

So it won’t be a problem to continue exercising even if they haven’t disappeared? I searched a lot about them (I forgot to mention - mine are on the head) and found out that it would be better to stop PE. The problem is that usually this period is too long for me - around a week or two.

So - should I stop or should I go? Should I reduce the jelqs or the stertches until they are gone? Should I reduce the quantity or the strength of the grip?

This is very important for me, because recently I experienced better EQ and other positive factors, but a break like this would be horrible.

They’re usually caused by excessive pressure in the glans while jelqing. But as someone else mentioned, they are harmless…though they can be mistaken for something else (if you know what I mean) by some chick inspecting your unit up close.

Stretching will be fine to do. But as for jelqing, it sounds like you need to loosen your grip to prevent this from re-occurring.

Goal 8 x 6 (preferably NBPEL)

I understand.. But the main question is - which exercises are safe to be done during the trauma. I mean - is it acceptable to stretch and light-jelq the unit before the red dots go away or I must wait until they are completely gone?

Also, I started PE 1 month ago and when I measured my Willy today, I didn’t have any gains. I read in the forum, that I should have gain ~0.25in by now:(

Greetings!

I got red dots from clamping.

During one session I felt a sudded jump in pressure while fully clamped and erect and little red dots emerged on the end of my dick.

Once I stopped clamping the dots faded in a few days.

When I first started PE, I had not only red dots on the head but also lots of redness on the shaft. Just keep PEing, don’t squeeze too hard, and all redness should fade with time.

I’m glad to hear that. The dots are still there (and I expect them not to leave until the end of the next week), but today I’ll continue PE. You are sure that the injury won’t become worse, aren’t you?

I mean, even if they don’t fade as quick as possible, the PE will have effect and the only neg will be that it won’t be good for me to do sex and my unit won’t be very beautiful.

I have those red spots you are talking about. They are around the pee hole and it’s very hard to get rid of them. My advice would be to ease the grip strength when stretching, try to squeeze the glans before stretching so there is not much blood left in it, and then grip below it.

I am taking it easy now and the dots went away, but if I do some harder workout, they will come back. It sucks : /
