"normal" workout before jelqing

I have a daily, non PE related workout routine (leg stretching, push-ups, planking etc) and never did jelq right after that. The thing is, during this routine (mostly during leg stretching) I feel a lot of blood flowing down there, at the base of my penis.

Assuming I do jelq right after my routine, the increased blood flow would be a good thing or a bad idea? I am not thinking about hard jelqing, I’m just wondering if one exercise can aid another.


Started: ~5.9 BPEL x ~4.72EG (November 2014)

Current: ~6.82 BPEL x ~5.7EG (February 2019)

Goal: 8 NBPEL x 6.5EG
