Hi there!

New here and to PE. Have started out with hanging maybe one month back or more with no gains really.

I was only hanging about 1.15 lbs (thought it would be wise to start out on a low weight). Did about 10 minutes twice a day.

Just recently I doubled the weight to 2.3 lbs, since I have not gained any on the lower weight.

I would appreciate advice to what I can do to start gaining length.

Would like to add that I have not come around how I can get heat, so I have not been using heat - just hanging.

I have 5.5 in erect state.

Hanging will require a hell of time to give gains, and has a long learning curve. I would advice starting with the newbie routine.

Oh, I’ve heard that hanging is the best for gaining length and since that’s what I’m after I decided to go with hanging.

But you say that the newbie routine actually is giving results quicker?

As I understand the newbie routine is for overall size and I really want to focus on length right now because I’ve heard its easier to gain length when you have less girth.

Hanging does help with length gains, but jelqing at low erection levels will probably bring you quicker length results than hanging. I started at 5.25 BPEL and from just manual stretching and jelqing currently stand at 7 BPEL. I have gained girth as well, but that was from the months spent focusing on girth and jelqing at 90% erect and clamping.

I’ve also started hanging about 2 months ago because I also want to focus on length, but with my girth it will take time. Just be patient and the results will come. Some will be faster than others, but it will come. Most “experts” will say at least 6 months. So just keep it up. Excuse the pun.

OK, so maybe it doesn’t hurt to try more exercises than just sticking to one.

I thought jelqing were mainly for girth, but it depends on the erection level if it will give girth or length?

Correct. Low-erection level jelqing will emphasize length. Higher-erection level for girth.
Do the newbie routine.

It’s too early. I agree with what the other gentlemen said. Start with the newbie first. Don’t worry about erection percentage. Just jelq. And stretch.Finish the newbie. I think you ‘ll be surprised.

There is a chance newbie may be too much for you. If you have time start with the linear, continue with the newbie. Your call.

After that you can ask the vets here about hanging routines. Just not me cause I have no opinion on the specific matter. I am more of a manual guy.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
