Ok, you can see my stats down below. I havent gained anything. I do a good warmup with an electric heater or rice sack for maybe 10 minutes. Do some light stretches for about 2 or 3 minutes, and then around 100 jelgs followed by a cool down about 3 times a week.

I havent seen a single gain. I feel like I am doing too much sometimes, I can’t tell. Flaccid isnt great, erections are fine except I have un-inflated glans, but I am ok with that as long as I hit my goals, which I feel are very modest. I have been chain smoking cigars for the past four months, which I think I am done as of today. I finally have chemistry with an amazing girl, and don’t want to be perfect except for one thing, makes me so scared to have sex, and I am still a virgin.

Any pro’s out there, any recommendations? Should I go with the full newbie routine and see what happens?

Hows your EQ? You might need to up the routine.. stretch 10 min, jelq 20.

Well my head is soft, but EQ seems fine, in the 90% range. I really really do not want to overdue it and break my unit so I cannot PE for some time.

You wont. 10 min stretch and 20 jelq its going to be fine… if you have negative PI then just reduced the jelquing time.

Sounds like you need to up your routine like these guys are saying, what you are doing now is not much at all really. My first month I tried to have at least a 30 minute session 5 days out of the week and it seemed to work great.

Ok, awesome. I will do a 10 minutes stretch session, 20 minute jelq session with proper warm up and cool down tomorrow or tonight if I have time. Ill let you guys know how it goes.

Maybe add some kegels too. I thought my EQ was fine until i started doing kegels and it just keeps getting better.

Hey guys, I did the routine and it has looked nothing but good for the past two days! No negative signs yet, but my next cycle starts tomorrow so who knows.

Yeah I have been doing more kegels lately. I have been trying the ones in this forum where you work the muscle that accounts for 2/3 of the blood in an erection.

First off, was your glans slightly deflated prior to starting the PE routines? Or is this a new development since starting?

Secondly, as a cigar smoker, I must ask how you are smoking them, and if they’re just simple phillies/blunts/swisher-sweets, or fine hand rolled cigars.
That is, are you drawing into just your mouth, or into your lungs? I strongly recommend against inhaling into the lungs as this is very hazardous for your health and will definitely effect your EQ. As a smoker of hand rolled cigars, ranging from 1$ hand rolled ones, to the $20 hand rolled cigars, I only draw into the mouth, across the pallet to taste them; And at that, I average less than one a week.

I have noticed a direct correlation between cigar smoking and a slightly decreased EQ in the following days, the severity varies by how much of a cigar I smoked, frequency, and strength. Also don’t swallow any tobacco laced saliva, as this may make you feel sick and just greatly increases the nicotine and other chemicals entering your system. Spit it. All that being said, my EQ returns to normal in just a couple days typically, water and other fluids also helps flush the system to a degree.

I was smoking 1 or 2 a day, inhaling all of it for about 4 and a half months. Just wasn’t the same if I didn’t inhale. I was just smoking Black and Milds and Jewels, swisher sweets were impossible to inhale.

Its been 2 or 3 days and I already miss smoking. I told the girl I am chasing right now I quit and she seemed pretty happy about it, so if my EQ increases that should be all the motivation I need to stop.

My deflated glans…I am unsure if they were like that prior. Doesn’t seem to be all that uncommon, but it sucks because I lose 1/4” of length and the girth that it contributes. Owell if its permanent.

Quitting smoking is hard, I had to do it when it came to cigarettes years ago, and I ended up with withdrawal sweats and inability to sleep some nights, all running it’s course over about two weeks. Black and Milds and Jewels are quite a bit like cigarettes, just bigger and made with pipe tobacco.

To possibly speed up the cleaning out of your system, consider drinking lots of water, and perhaps, orange juice or cranberry juice. However with that much tar entering your lungs, there will be residual for quite some time.

Hm. Seem to recall having a soft glans in the past at some point, but that’s certainly not true now. Perhaps you should consider some of the various supplements that are discussed here on the board. If I recall correctly, they boosted the hardness and ease of erections when my EQ wasn’t so great.

Seem to also recall reading somewhere of a Taoist technique about increasing the size of the glans, by squeezing at the base and pushing upwards towards the glans, pushing blood in and firming it up, expanding slightly, done over a long period of time. Maybe just getting some blood in there will help open up the regular flow into it.

I am not terribly concerned about the soft glans, I just hope with proper kegels and PE they will eventualy swell up, but I may just have minor leakage. I am still only 18 and I don’t feel like taking any suppliments or anything. Im not sure if it matters but they seem to be basically 100% deflated. Only during morning wood is there any blood up there or if I push down on an internal vein and kegel.

By the way man, you should NOT be nervous about getting with a girl. Your numbers alone are more than OK for satisfying someone. Things might be slightly awkward your first time, but just change it up and feel the rhythm and all. You’ll be fine!

Thanks comrade, are they really ok? I just feel like I would be a disapointment. I have been really concious about it for my whole teenage life, and I am terrified of doing the deed for the first time.
