Hey everyone,

Does anyone know what’s a good daily nutritional diet for maximum PE gains.

Overall what type of food should one be eating instead of the everyday junk/crap.

It’s pretty much obvious to me but maybe there are some specific items I should put on the shopping list.

Some is debatable but almost all will say protein powder, you can check out my routine as it has my supplements I take at the bottom and others I’ve seen have theirs on theirs also =)

If you have any weight to lose you’ll also see some increased NBPEL if you lose some of it, besides the advantages of eating healthy on overall cardiovascular health.

You should work on your nutritional habits not only to grow your dick better, but for your overall health. The sooner you do it, the better off you’ll be. It’s sad that some people live 50+ years eating crap and then get a stroke or something and then decide to change their habits, which is damn hard by that time in their life.

Protein powder is to build muscles quicker.

Although I’m working out simultaneously with my PE routines, I notice my biceps, triceps and abs grow much quicker than my penis.

So protein powder will be added to the shopping list.

I visited that fag’s “male extra” site and he basically gave away his big money secret.

Therefore I’m adding pomegranates to the shopping list as well.

If anybody has any more interesting ingredients to add, it would be very much appreciated.

Here’s what I wrote to someone else who asked me in a PM recently.

As far as any special dietary ideas go, and people come up with everything from vit c deficient diets to weaken connective tissue to supplements to boost testosterone levels… I just see it as making PE unnecessarily difficult or unhealthy or uncomfortable.

The most any of these things may be able to achieve is (possibly, and it’s unlikely) a 10% increase in results. So in a year of PE, you may achieve results 1 month earlier. Most guys either over-train, or are inconsistent, or don’t use heat enough, or use bad technique, or use too much force early on causing the tissues to toughen up and resist force….etc… They are so way off getting 100% efficiency in their routines that that 10% starts to look irrelevant.

We live in a culture of ‘I want it NOW’, and guys are always looking for an edge, an advantage.
Some guys will spend a year not doing any PE, just hoping someone comes up with a routine or diet etc. that promises a miracle, or some ‘science’ comes along that may get results 10% faster.

It’s a marathon, not a sprint…..

If you are looking for that 10% advantage, you are one of the guys who will get discouraged and not stick with PE, because it all happens too slow for you…..
Just be patient and stick with it, and let all the ‘miracle grow’ searchers keep looking, while you keep steadily and consistently working at it, and you will end up with a big dick while they keep looking for the next ‘big thing’, be that a special exercise, supplement, diet etc.

It sounds very logical. You were right, (without even knowing me) I don’t do that often.

Warming up is the more important. It’s good to periodically re-warm during your routine. I’d finish with firegoat rolls and holding at a gentle, but full length, stretch as your penis returns to room temperature at the end of your PE workout. Use the search if you don’t know the firegoat roll - it’s to help avoid discolouration.
