Found TP beginning of 2006. Started newbie routine, but fade away. My life is always quite irregular, so finding the right place and time to PE can be quite difficult. So I have been off and on, more off than on. But I always aware of the fact.

Have spent far too much time last few days reading this stuff. Instead of getting on with my life, finding jobs and careers. Generally moving my arse, today I haven’t even left the house. I have a lot of motivational problems at the moment, unsure about with direction to take.

Have taken a lot of time today to understand the LOT theory. I seem to be around 7:00 - 8:00, I think. So I have some gains from the ligs left in me. Not sure if I have really gained. Have found it difficult to get a true measurement, it seems thicker, but that is probably me noticing the 3D shape of the penis a bit more.

I am mainly going to have a routine of stretching, downwards and BTC, until my LOT changes. I will also Jelq, and kegal, while downstoking, as my masturbation. I am very interesting in the ADS, plus clamping, but should I leave this till later?

I thought I would write something down, concentrate on stretches and get on with it. I will try to spend less time reading this site, maybe a hour a week. I will write down some well directed questions and search for the answers. Plus I will buy a new ruler, a good one and measure once a month.

I am also in the same boat with the irregular life style. I am also new to here don’t let the sign up date fool you. But those are good gains for not having a set schedule. Keep it up.

You’Re not gonna gain unless you do it persistently, so I suggest you to work on your working discipline.

Yep, kaan’s right. When I had a crazy schedule, I’d set aside 1 hour before I went to bed (or I’d stay up an extra hour), and do 30 min Jelqing, 30 min stretching (DLD blaster routine). Kept it simple, kept it consistent, ended up gaining.

There seems to be good reason to chuck the LOT theory out the window. There is a long thread on the subject, most of which makes me dizzy, but that is the gist of it.

You think one hour is a crazy length for a PE workout! What routine did you gain from? Are you describing a little and often routine?

Do you consider the LOT theory a myth or fact? Should I chuck it out the window? Is the community divided?

I personally like to continue stretching downwards and BTC to see if this LOT number will decrease. For the previous two days while I have been reading this website, I have been stretching a crazy amount. Don’t even know why. But today I have rested and it is hanging very heavy. Erections have decreased today, so I will wait until they return and continue.

When is wise to move on to ADS and clamping? My habitation is never stable, so this period of stability is a good time to collect parts, and develop a ADS in relative privacy.

No no, I meant when I had a crazy “day” scheudle (like classes at 8am, then work till 9:30pm, and exercising after that until say 11pm, BSing homework till about 1:30am). I’d be too worked up to just hit the pillow and fall right asleep- so instead of lying there watching tv for an hour or more, I’d do my PE exercises while watching tv :)

I gained from jelqing and DLD blasters (more specifically the A-stretch). I tried Ulis and BTB jelqing, but did not care about girth back then so I didn’t measure my girth religiously.

I’d do 40-50 A-stretch Blasters (~ 20-30 min) and then jelqing (~25-30 min). Every day I would stretch, 5 days I would jelq. The A-stretches worked great for me since I felt a nice and DEEP stretch (deep is key). I would feel tension from the core of my dick all the way to where it touches my pubic bone. Felt as your inner thighs feel if you try and do a split. I ended up monitoring my flaccid stretch bone press measurements which started with ~7.5” progressed to ~9” (which I posted here two years ago), and I’ve ended up stretching to longer, but I ultimately stopped PE and decided to take a break. Now I’m going to get back into it once I finish my current penis modifications :jumpers:

EDIT: Honestly, an elaborate routine doesn’t really exponentially help you gain. There are many PEers who gained from simple jelqing and stretching alone, then decide “Well if this worked, maybe adding different exercises will help me even more!” While there are some who have gained from adding one or two exercises, the majority of us stuck with some type of stretching and some type of “jelq” or “jelq like- pressure building” exercise, and what filters out the 1.5”+ club from the rest is mainly due to being consistent - not elaborate. I think Wadzilla posted a thread about meeting a PE guru who gained something over 2” I believe, and he stuck with a daily routine religiously that was nothing more than stretching and jelqing. If I can find this thread, I’ll post the link- it’s rather old, so maybe it will do the new crowd some good to read it.

ModestoMan, Remek and Westla consider it obsolete if I understand them right. I agree, and would like to add that it seems right at first, but if you look closer at how the ligs actually connect to the pubic bone (as Modestoman etc have done in the LOT Theory thread) you see that it doesn’t make much sense.

My advice: don’t plan your PE after your LOT.

Thanks all. All advice taken on board. I will be consistent and not obessive. But does girth inhibit length gains. I mean if i gain girth first, would be harder to gain length after. So is it best gain length or girth first?

Do them both: length-girth. I don’t buy the ” gain length first, then girth” theory. Do everything, like BG says. The more and persistent you work, quicker and more you’ll gain.

Well, I have been doing everything. I have built a Captains wrench, which have stopped using, I need therm band. Received cable clamps. Two words:- Amazing. I have behaved myself and my penis has not dropped off yet. Although, I think I am getting some discolouration, I mean it is getting darker, if that is what it is.

My penis has received a lot of growth of recent. I think this due to extreme BTC stretch while reading at computer, standing up and in the bed, while reading. Possibly growth only shown recently because of first real breaks (at weekends - busy with work and partying), gave it a chance to get full erection. It really hangs well at all times now, amazing.
