When I first started jelqing, I did it by sitting down with my back against the wall, my legs spread apart, and my penis at the kind of angle it would be at when fully erect. I would grip at the base with one hand and use the other hand to squeeze and jelq upward maintaining the grip with the other hand throughout the stroke. Since I never released the grip while jelqing, this created some tension points at the base of my penis which for awhile would always become very sore and actually open up. I found that I could go about three weeks at a time exercising before I had to stop and take time off due to the pain. Well lately, due to healing and rehealing again and again, those tension points have become so tough that they really don’t bug me anymore. I have a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off cycle and these rest days really help my unit to recover. I don’t think I’ll ever have to take time off again! There ain’t no stopping me this time. Huge penis here I come! I’m really excited!
