Hi all

Was experimenting today and I put the base of my penis in an OK grip and squeezed. I was fully erect and boy did it become thick. Basically with all the force, the girth increases. I would hold for about 30 secs and then let go. Could this hurt my length gains in anyway?

That’s called manual clamping. I got my modest girth gains between that and jelqing. It doesn’t appear you are a newbie but be careful with new exercises. When you are ready, look up horse440 squeezes - awesome but definitely advanced.

Yes, I tried 440’s just once, and can safely say that you need yr skin to be tough to withstand it. I am not very consistent and get frustrated when no results come prior to this attempt so I changed my mental frame work. Ill measure in Dec again.

Yes exercises for (tunica)girth like the one you did may cause problems to your lenght gains and they can cause pyronesis disease.

First achieve your lenght goal then go for girth gains. It is easier to stretch something that is thin than something that is fat :)
