OK I'm new and this is my routine.

I just started and this is what I do in the shower.
Massage for 2 minutes, then pull the head as far as it will go 5 times for 12 seconds each. Then using soap as lube I do 300 jelqs and massage again and I’m done.
But as I go along I’ll add more and more jelqs each time.

What else should I add to my routine?

Soap is poor technique. Twelve seconds is poor technique.

What about massaging?
Another site said massaging is very important before and after to make the results stick. Should I keep the massaging or no?

This routine looks much better if you ask me. I do not believe that massaging is crucial, but it does help to make sure the blood is flowing again after every workout, so if you like doing it, them it doesn’t hurt.

You don’t have to massage at all. Jelqing is some what like massaging. It will move plenty of new blood through your dick.

If you want to do something after every stretch I suggest just slapping your dick around a little. Slap it against your legs ( I know it sounds stupid) but this will get the blood flowing. Of course don’t slap it real hard.

Massaging is good in the case of fluid build up but otherwise you don’t need to do it.
