OK Wtf! Help please

OK, so I started my newbie routine about one month ago. Two weeks in I was doing great, I was seeing positive PI’s, such as increased erection hardness, increase in normal size of my penis, and larger flaccid hang. Now about a little over a month in I’m starting to see negative PI’s such as decreased morning wood, loss of size and erection hardness.

My routine started as:
(2 days on 1 off)
5 min warmup with hot washcloth
100 jelq strokes(every 3 day cycle i increased strokes by 25)
5 min warm down with hot wash cloth

I don’t think I could be over training as my routine is very light. Does anyone have any ideas as to why I’m not seeing positive PI’s anymore?

You’re doing alright. I really don’t see anything wrong with your routine. Sometimes you’re gonna have negative PI’s just for the heck of it. What you need to see is that you have more positive PI’s than negative PI’s. You have to find the trend and see if it’s increasing. Or in layman’s terms, more better days than bad days.

That too. Don’t ejaculate after you PE. I know you want to because of the horny feel, but it makes it turtle and that’s a bad sign. Try to make it extended after you workout.

Plus, you’re not gonna get anything overnight. It takes time and doing PE for a year, you will notice that you have sky high PIs.

Once a day sometimes less..

Try to refrain as long as you can, they say it helps gains too by like 50%. I haven’t let off in about 2-3 weeks but i havent measured gains yet, but eq is through the roof, flacid is waaay bigger, my pump carries over to the next day. I think the pump carrying over might help increase size faster because your penis is always in an enlarged sate. I could be wrong though, and the experts will chime in. GL

BTW when i said refrain i meant from ejaculation.

I’ve ejaculated once a day myself but I never do it after I do PE. I would wait 4 hours after you pe’ed and then you can ejaculate whatever you want.

IMO you should change your ejaculation to once a week UNLESS it’s intercourse (I can’t recommend you not to have sex now can I haha!).

What you should do with all your masturbation times is change it to edging times. Edging is were you masturbate but YOU DO NOT CUM! Edging feels good and is also good practice for stamina. I’ve been edging and my stamina has greatly increased. So save up some ball juices for the ladies or once a week for your self!

Remember ejaculation breaks down the tissue for the penis and also you are doing PE. I believe this could be what is giving you negative PI’s. Think as ejaculation and PE time as hitting the weights in the gym. Your working out your penis everyday and that’s too much for your unit.

In my opinion, I would back off on the jelqing and incorporate more rest days until full EQ has returned.

Also, find a larger than average beverage bottle like a water bottle or powerade bottle. Fill it up with HOT water and that works far better for warm ups than a wash cloth. If you inslulate it (wrap it in a towel or blanket it will retain its heat for much longer.

You started with 100 jelqs, but how many are you doing now? Adding 25 strokes each 4 days could be easily too much. And general stress can affect EQ too, so check if you are stressing yourself in other areas than PE.

BTW, there isn’t the slighest lead that ejaculation can affect penis gains, it’s just a myth.

I ejaculate after PE and get no turtle effect.

It is better not to ejaculate - considering that you are also working with psychological factors here. As I see it - PE is also useful for building sexual self worth and self image, as well as patience. PE exercises are the same as weight training - wear your t-shirt when it matters, not in the gym. Ejaculating every time you do PE’s is more of an ego-response. Put that libido energy into the exercise - and do not make the ultimate goal of the session ejaculation.

As gainer guy said - edge - do not ejaculate. It defies the object. I have had very good gains from sticking to the newbie routine for 3 months - and have now moved on. As a matter of fact - I prescribe PE to clients who have developed chronic masturbation problems - and it helps them control the impulse and push the energy into a different direction - gaining inches.

I am not implying that one should stop masturbating - but it does stop the process of cellular regeneration, and that has a scientific basis. It is the endocrine system that initiates a release of hormones (based on emotional response) which then interacts with proteins to produce the process of cellular regeneration (growth). If you stop the emotional response (I.e: take away the feeling of anticipation/achievement) the endocrine system stops the process - not necessary anymore - I.e;, out of mind, out of action.

So the growth process stops.
