Well I am not quite a newbie because I have had pe experence before but have just gotten back into it and let me tell you what, 2 days of the newbie routine and 1 rest day later and I have 1/4” gained in length and almost 1/4” in girth. The reason I posted this is because for those who have trouble gaining girth in jelqs, apply pressure to the top and bottom part of your dick when doing the strokes, not the sides. Just wanted to share. Happy gains

Not the sides? Hmmmm. Seems that some think pressure should be applied from the side. Maybe by applying from the top and bottom the sides fill up and expand more? I know the nerves and all on the top and bottom. This needs to be elaborated more… :-k

Well, I guess it depends on the person, but for me, in 3 months on something like the newbie routine got me 1” lenght and no grith applying pressure to the sides. Give it a shot, jelq with pressure on the top and bottom of your dick. Girth is where the partys at.
