On and off

On and off

I’ve been doing PE on and off for about 9 months, now I know this hinders gains
But sometimes you can’t help when other stuff in your life gets in the way. Sometimes
I go weeks without PE.

Anyway, I’ve went from

Start
BPEL: 4.5”

Now
BPEL: 4.9”

0.4”~ gain isn’t so bad I guess. I had a break of a week right now and planning to
Start up more seriously. Should I still stick with the Newbie routine? It seems to
Be more ineffective now and it gets tiring after doing it nearly a year. Any more
General advice for someone in my situation?

Consistency is key. I am in the same boat as you. I am so busy with work and college that doing a consistent PE schedule is hard, so I do what I can when I can. I have been doing it for about 2 1/2 years, on and off, and I have seen incredible gains, but I never deviated from the newbie routine. That routine is the core of everything one needs to create a better penis. But like all workouts, it can be modified to fit your lifestyle, especially after nearly a year of doing it. My advice, which may be told otherwise, would be to keep the newbie routine as your foundation but perhaps add something to it (extra time jelqing, ADS, longer stretches, etc.), whatever makes you feel like your workout was worth something at the end. I actually had to skip yesterdays workout for a day full of final exams and work, so today (when I have time) I’m gonna devote a fair amount of time to PE.

One thing to remember to is that this stuff takes time. Many men come here thinking this is the magic cure and that after a few workouts they are porno ready. That type of mindset is false and discouraging. Be patient and keep updating here at Thunders, because a ton of guys here are more than willing to help and encourage each other. I hope this helps bud.

Well said.

I’ve had pretty steady gains from just a slightly longer more intense version of the newbie routine, but I have the luxury of working out of my home office so I have privacy most of the day and can set my own schedule, so its easy for me to be very consistent to the point that I have to be careful not to over train. Consistency is definitely important.

First, congrats on gains.

Why you feel it has become ineffective? If some months have passed since your last gain, than it is time to change something.

If you don’t have time to do the whole routine all in one session, breaking it into many micro-session daily could be a good idea. Look a the routine of this fellow:

others had good gains using similar routines. Hope it helps.

My suggestion to the two of you who are having trouble being consistent is to take a little extra time at night to fit in PE. I find personally when the day is over and there are no expectations for anything I can fit PE in just fine.

Since you’ve been doing PE for so long I suggest to also throw in clamping. Also start to think about either pumping or hanging. I’ve been pumping for a month and I love it.
