I’m finishing my 2nd month in a couple days. I’ll stretch for 33 minutes at least 1x each day (L,R,U,D, diagonally and outward, along with rotary and reverse rotary; exactly 3 minutes for each). I don’t time how long I jelq, but it’s between 10-20 minutes, sometimes longer, but I’m more focused on length than girth at this time. I also do BTC’s as often as possible, usually during work when I’m driving from client to client and sometimes at home. The initial stretch "pain" (not really a pain, but I don’t know how else to describe it) has long subsided after the first several weeks of dedication to PE. I also do light hanging with golf weights with no problems.
There’s a thread by wantmore6, Finally gained some girth where he started about the same time as I did with about the same starting stats, but he’s had better gains than me. He’s had nice gains from clamping and I’m wondering if I should try this, too? I realize everyone gains at different paces, but I guess my question is: How do you know if you’re ready for advanced techniques? I take PE very seriously. My wife thinks it’s "strange" but supports my PE’ing. I’ve been under the impression that the newbie routine gives the best, initial results and if you try to do too much, you not only may damage your cock permanently, but it seems that long term goals would be harder to attain if you set the bar too high early on in PE.
Does that sound right?
