Okay, like the title says I’ve been doing this now for about a month now and I can’t say anything is different. My Routine is 10 minutes stretching and then 20 jelqing. So if you have any advice on what could help that would be great!

First of all: if after one month nothing happened in terms of size it is not catastrophic, but certainly a reason to ask yourself what is happening.
That’s exactly the spirit that keeps you on the success track: being suspicious and listening to your body.

So maybe you could describe your routine a little bit more precisely:
- Does your routine include warm-up? If yes, which method, how long?
- Does your routine include warm-down? If yes, which method, how long?
- What precise method of stretching do you apply? (directions, stretch time per stretch, force you apply)
- What precise method of jelqing do you apply? One-handed, two-handed, grip technique, force you apply, erection level?
- What are your PI’s (physiological indicators)? How did they change in these weeks?

If you can give answers to the above stated questions, the experts in this forum (I am not one of them at all, just another newbie giving a hint) may give you better and precise answers to your question.

Some times I will warm up with a shower, but most of the time I don’t. Also I don’t do a warm-down.
I don’t know what method of stretching I use. Basically I go 30 seconds on each stretch for ten minutes. Left, Right, Up, and the Straight out.
Then I do dry jelqs with my left hand only. Sometimes I change to a C-grip if it starts to hurt my hand.
Don’t know about physiological indicators. I did seem “stiffer” in the first week but other than that nothing seems to have changed.

Heating up before hand makes a big difference for many guys. And you are probably better served by doing 2 handed, lubed, jelqs. Assuming of course that you have to working hands; guys have gained 1 handed before.

In my case, Warm-up is critical for me and i believe many here would agree with me.

Ok well since warming up is a bigger deal than I previously thought I will give that a go and update in about a week on if things are changing.

Did change quite a bit on how I looked at PE and made me
a) cautious and
b) a keeper of a detailed logbook.

Up the intensity and up the duration.

Ten minutes of stretching should be doubled, jelqing should perhaps be done at a higher erection level.

Have you had any aches/soreness at all?

Hey I did a month of the newbie routine but didn’t gain much - I think it was down to poor erection level when jelqing.. Hate jelqing and I keep losing erection I.e. 50% down to 25%

I am on my second week of pure stretching - do about 10 mins of newbie stretching, then do fowfers when I get a chance throughout the day - I work from a home office which helps. I also have a bit of a pull everytime I go for a piss. 2 weeks and my flacid feels way better - my penis looks to hang more out of my fat pad also - hard to explain but it just hangs different.

I don’t want to measure for another month but I like the initial progress. I am also doing a lot of visualisation: imagining a bigger harder and more impressive dick - I think my EQ quality has improved which I would put down to visualisation. I think this is an area that is grossly overlooked

It might be worth thinking about.. Problem is I could only do one session in morning as my kid comes home from school in afternoon; and even though we have a minder.. I get her barging in to the office every 10 mins

Could mean a lot of therapy for her when she is older:)

Yep Richard, I could happily live in there.. Crawl out for a daily PE session and then back in again:)

Wow thanks everyone for commenting I will try and keep things going. PE seems a bit more difficult than I previously thought but I will still update on my progress soon!

Well I’ve been doing my routine taking a day off maybe two every like 3 days. I don’t feel like I’m making any gains. I don’t have any PI that are negative. One thing I notice is I don’t have morning or night wood. I don’t think I ever have, so is that a problem? Any help would be great!
