One month - nothing happens

Dear friends,

I’ve started PE 1 month ago and I usually do the following: warming up, 200 dry jelques, warming down. Schedule: one day on, one day off.

I have not noticed any change at all, besides sometimes doughnut and red dots (which of course both disappear after some time).

I am disappointed at the moment but can understand that nothing related to PE happens quickly.

Do you guys think, that it will work out with me even if I continue the routine I did so far?

Hello, I’m a newbie myself. Today is officially eight weeks.

I would suggest that you consider to changing to wet jelqing because it seems to be easier on the body to tolerate. Some stretching before the jelq session also seems to help.

I won’t reccomend it because I don’t know how safe it is or not, but I also pump for 20 minute sessions at a time and wear a cockring for 20-40 minutes after each workout.

I’ve gained 1 5/8 inches in length and 1.5 inches in girth while erect (new measurement this morning after a day off and before the workout…without cialis in my system to get an honest measurement).
This is my routine:
warmup
stretch
jelq x 200
pump
jelq x 200
pump
cockring

The whole routine takes about an hour and I do it every other day. One in between day is now going to be stretching, jelqing, uli # 3 squeezing, and the 4th day is an off day.

Be patient. I got no appreciable gains from PE for months. Then it started piling on.

Be confident. I got my gain after 2 1/2 months.

Yeah, I flew in my first 4 months of real PE, but this was after a tug here a jelq there a few months before that (which wasn’t a real headstrong effort). But it’s getting hard to gain and I haven’t lately at all. Everyone’s different.

Did you change your routine and then started seeing gains, or did you just keep doing your initial routine?
