Opinions On My routine

Hello Guys,

I’d like to have some oppinions on my future PE actions. I’ve started in late August ‘08 (6” NBPEL, 4,5” EG) and pretty much finished the point of doing the Newbie routine. I’ve been slowly increasing PE up to 25 min of jelqing, a bit of streching, uli’s. I’ve recently started Clamping and it seems that my dick takes it really well.

Then I’ve realized that PE works. I gained 0.5 in length and a bit in girth also. That was the very famous “point of no return”, I guess. I continued to do some more reading here at Thunder’s and worked out a new routine.

So what I’m here for (I don’t even know if this is the right thread to ask) is to get some oppinions on my POST-Newbie-Routine focussing on Girth.

The last two days I did the following:

5min warm up
3 x 10 Clamping (5-8 min break in between sets)
5 min Jelq Squeezes
20 min wet Jelqing (60-80%)
5 min Uli#3 (80-90%)
5 min of Streching
5min warm down

3 days on/ 1 day off then slowly increasing to 5 days on/1 day off.

It really felt ok but I’m still a bit unsure about the order of exercises. What are the advantages/ disadvantages of doing Clamping before Jelqing? Or should I do it the other way around? In general: is that routine ok?

My personal opinion is that is a bit too much for you right now. Just in example, you could do a 2 on/1 off, since you have added new exercises and clamping - likely, the most taxing technique.

Anyway, listening some other advices could be well worth.

I take your idea into consideration. Maybe it’s a bit too much - almost 1 and a half hour every day. But right now it feels really good. I will lurk around a bit more for further opinions, but thanks a lot for your comment.

I’m not overtraining yet.
After workout, I can say, it feels really a lot bigger. I wonder if that could be my favorite routine for a long time in the future.

I have also measured length gains while clamped which made me even more happier. Now I just need to hope for the girth to come. Cheers to everyone viewing.. (And not posting)

I have this idea about the order of jelqing and clamping, just my thoughts. I think that the jelq and other manual exercises are more “active” exercises than clamping, means they stress the penis in variable positions at variable force. This makes the penis tissues more flexible. they can be considered as a worm up for the harder clamping pressure. So doing the clamping at the end may give a better expansion.

I see what you mean. Doing the jelq first could meant to be a sort of ‘wake up call’ for the Penis, like one was saying to him: “Ok, now let’s get the session started” and afterwards clamping is considered to be a stabilization of the before-workout. I need to think about it.

I agree 100%. My own routine is quite intense right now, as I am nowhere near a newbie anymore. I clamp at the end, as my final exercise. After experimenting with the order of doing exercises, I have concluded I get the most expansion from clamping by doing it at the end of the workout. At least 10% more expansion, often more. Hell, I even do my pumping before the clamp sets.

I’ve finally started getting good gains again myself, but I won’t post the latest results until after my decon break in February (when I am 100% sure they are cemented), but anyone wanting to see a routine that is working, see my routine in the PE data site. NOT a newbie routine, but it is working well….

Thanks Beretta, I’ll take a look at your routine. Right now I’m all excited about what I’ve read lately. I’ve been lurking around a lot and found braindrains long term PE-journal that does exist for almost 3 years now. There he describes the technique he calls perfect jelqing. I think I’ll try that out and reduce a bit of my clamping ambitions.

I read you routine it sounds good. Not that I know anything just thought I’d post haha
