Over 6 Girth

Yeah, I’ve never heard of that. I’ll be sure to give it a look next time.

I don’t want to burst your bubble or anything, but you can’t use myotape accurately to accurately measure your girth because the plastic part isn’t going to be flush with your penis (unless they modified the design and it is far less wide than it is now). You probably still have a decent above-average girth, but I doubt what you’re thinking of as being accurate from the myotape is what you really have. You’re going to have to measure with something that can fully wrap around your penis without leaving any gaps.

That is, unless you’re just using the tape part of it and not using the plastic part at all. Even then it’s probably not 100% accurate since you can’t wrap it in a perfect straight circle around, but good enough.

PS bodybuilding.com is a good site I get my stuff from there too.

Start (11/23/08) - 7.0" x 5.0" BPEL/MSEG

Current - 7.375" x 5.0" BPEL/MSEG

Short-Term Goal - 7.5" x 5.375" BPEL/MSEG

Well, I measured in at 6.25 so I figure I am at least 6.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

For bodybuilding there are several things you can’t get in a daily diet. One of the best things with Orange Triad is the immune and joint support.

stratman-what things CAN’T you get in a diet?

Glucosamine and Chondroitin are the main things I take Orange Triad for. A good diet is important; I am on a low carb, high protein diet, but multivitamins are also important as they ensure you get anything you may be missing.

Yeah there’s nothing wrong with Orange Triad, just a good multi with some extra stuff thrown in for your joints, immune system, and digestive health (it’s the one I use as well).

The whey is pretty much necessary for weight training, as it’s not really very practical to keep tons and tons of meat around to fulfill your protein needs, especially pre/post workout where you want quick-digesting proteins.

Fish oil is always a good idea, I just bought a whole bunch myself.

Now the fat burner and carb blocker, well, that’s debatable.. I’ve never used anything like that since my goal has always been gaining weight rather than losing it, but I’m somewhat skeptical of whether something like that actually works and is worth it. Everything else he mentioned is pretty standard and worth it.

I’ve been stacking CLA, green tea extract and yohimbe bark for “fat loss support”. It seems to be working. I ran out of CLA last month and gained a little around my middle, without much change in diet.

(I am working on putting on muscle - so it is more like “leaness support” than fat loss).

Even if it isn’t working for fat loss, those things are good for me anyway!

Back on topic. Stratman, I see you changed your signature. :blue: Congrats again on hitting 6+” girth — that is EXCELLENT.

Yeah, but I really haven’t gotten into my routine yet. I was this same girth to begin with. Tonight I’m really going to start working on my length though.
