Over doing it

Over doing it

Lately I have felt I’ve been over doing PE’ing. Mostly with my manual stretches. I will usually do 5-7 sessions (1 session down, right,up,left) of stretching down, to the right, up and to the left. Holding each for 30 seconds. I think I and stretching to hard though. I tend to turtle up during my session and on the underside of my unit there was a bubble forming that looked like if it exploded I would have a problem. Also, I would notice a clear liquid out of my glands on the underside, like I’m squeezing the oils out of my body. So I stoped PE’ing for about three days and let that problem subside. Also, after my sessions, my glands become very sensitive. Is that normal? The way I’ve always done my stretches would be to use my left hand and make an over hand O. Then I would push back to my pubic bone at the very base and squeeze. Then I would take my right hand with my thumb and index finger squeeze my left hand fingers and push out to the glands. The problems just started happening so maybe I am wearing it out. I also took about a month of not warming up to see if it made a difference. I’ve read on here of people doing that so they would make more tiny tears in the penile tissue. Now, I’m back to warming up. I’ve been doing this for almost 3 months now. I am glad to say I have seen a good amount of improvement, as well as my girl. But I think I am starting to over-do it. Do you think I shouldn’t be clamping down like I am, or maybe just not as hard? When I don’t, I don’t feel like I get a good work out. But maybe that is the newbie side of me.

Please find your enter/return key on the keyboard and use it. I refuse to read that pile of words :)

Better?

Yes it is, thank you.

Remember, more is not always better. It isn’t like working the bicep or the quads , more finesse is needed on your dick. Listen to your penis, its talking to you, heed what it says.

Repeat after me, I have one penis, I will not hurt it. Injuries set you back big time, and you don’t want to go there. I’m sure some of the other fellas will be along to give you their advice as well.

I agree completely. It’s the right thing to do.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought the point of stretching was to warm up for jelqing, not to gain a quick half inch and a dislocated cock in the process.

Yeah, I feel the same way about this.. But I don’t seem to be having the same problems as you. I find that when I’m doing my stretches, the base of my penis gets a little sore to the touch and movement. I don’t like it too much, but I just figured it’s the ligaments getting sore so they can heal and stretch. Is this true? Should I do a little less intense stretches? Anyone else have this problem?

Second Attempt:

Starting [July 19th, 2013]: BPEL: 6.00" MSEG: 4.50" BPFL: 4.00" FG: 4.00"

Goal: BPEL: 7.00" MSEG: 5.5" FL: 4.00"

That clear liquid could be pre-cum. And I don’t think it’s your technique causing the problems, I think it’s the intensity. So maybe take it down a notch in intensity. When I was a newbie I used to turtle a lot too from PE, ironically that’s when I gained the most though.

I don’t think it is pre-cum, only because it came out of the flesh of the underside of my dick. And I also would notice a small bubble forming. I don’t know, what I do know is that I’m going to take it easy. Thanks guys.
