Over stretching?

Over stretching?

Is it possible to over train in a stretching session? I thought it was only possible with jelqing, where it “turtles” afterwards but after a hard stretching session my penis turtled…any thoughts? Is this possible from stretching?

Can you do anything really bad? I know over jelqing, or jelqing too hard can burst vessels or even hurt tissue, can stretching really do any real damage or does it just get sore and need a rest?

You definitely can cause serious injury by stretching too rigorously. When in doubt, use less force. You’re talking about your penis here.

When I did manual streches I assume I did them always too hard. Unit got red and felt like its been badly beaten. Now I use ADS and unit doesnt turtle after session. But you can definitely stretch too hard.

Goal: BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5+

A good question about over doing stretching. I do a lot of BTC stretches in units of 5 to 7 minutes at a time, I do them until they add up to about an hour per day usually in a couple of sessions. Is an hour’s worth of BTC stretches too much or can I do more?

Thanks for your input guy’s. My penis is fine, it never had any pain, just turtled and I thought that only happened with jelqs of other “pressure” techniques i.e. jelq, pump, squeeze. It’s looking fine today and was just curious. I feel like as long as there’s no pain, that slight tingle you feel is fine and probably a good sign of a good stretch. I recall a member referencing that burn feeling as the start of your penis getting fatigued which is what I was attempting to achieve.
